AP Accountant Fully Responsible for AP and Inter-Co transactions in Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Responsibilities: Check the expense and ensure its reasonable, integrity and agreed with company’s policy and procedurePrepare and book monthly payable entries for above mentioned 4 areasPrepare regularly payment in related banksCheck Inter-Co transactions and balance on monthly basis and ensure the accuracy of the recordsReview and analyze AP accounts and reconcile between general Ledger and sub-ledgerMatch payment records in accounting systemResponsible for monthly/yearly closing for AP & Inter-co modulePerform bank clearance and reconciliation on monthly basisPrepare monthly AP aging reportsCarry out effective communication with local team to understand background, clarify confusion, and coordinate to manage AP processProvide support for interim audit / year-end external audit as well as internal auditad-hoc reports required by team leader Requirement： Degree or above in finance, accounting or relatedAt least 3 years AP working experience in cross regional Finance Share Service CenterProficient with the knowledge of ERP system experience (ORACLE preferred)Fluent English both verbal and writing with sound communication skillsAccountable, integrity and have passion on workA good team-player, strong organizational skills required handling effectiveness at month-end / year-end closingKnow the taxation of Taiwan is much better.
