Manufacturing Engineer Responsibility New product transferDesigning, planning, implementation and control manufacturing systems including process documentation preparation, tooling, fixture Minimal3 years work experience of manufacturing engineering (Production Industrial Engineering)Be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writingBe proficient in Iinterconnect, Connectors, Wire prepping, component preppingExperience in lean techniques such as VSM, Kanbans, 5S etc.Familiar with PCBA assembly processesFamiliar with manufacturing methods needed for fabrication of sheet metal components and heatsinksExperience in conducting a process FMEA and DFM analysisExperience in SPC concepts, implementation and useFamiliar with Soldering - IPC 610 requirements including repair, solder techniques and defectsBe proficient in utilization of AutoCAD, Microsoft office etc.
