Accounting Manager-GL Main Responsibilities: Review monthly financial statements under PRC accounting standardsResponsible for external affairs of Financial department, and provide information and documents as per government's request Resolve any taxation issues. Ensure monthly accounts / statutory reports is correctness and be prepared timely. Preparing financial statements in compliance with the Accounting standards and Regulations Complete Oracle finance month close process Complete monthly Individual Income Tax filing Prepare monthly payroll audit for staff level Assist external and internal financial audit Work with Director of Finance and department heads to prepare financial forecasts and budgets for all departments. Job Qualification: 1) Succeeding in the job requires a relevant University level degree in Finance/Accounting and/or Business administration. 8 years of Accounting and General Ledger or Analysis experience, preferably with a share Service Accounting Experience. 2) Working Experience in Multinational Companies 3) Experience and profound knowledge of both China GAAP & US GAAP and IFRS as well. 4) Strong analytical skills. As the Job Holder must work and get along with very different people at all levels 5) Ability to work in a fast paced environment and willing to “roll-up” their sleeves as required. 6) Good English Communication Skill 7) Knowledge of ERP software, preferably Oracle or SAP
